I am a qualified and experienced personal trainer with over nine years of experience, a diploma in Sport and Exercise Science, and a postgraduate certificate in Health Sciences with a focus on Human Nutrition. Furthermore, I have competed in local and international bodybuilding competitions.
Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of clients, from athletes looking to enhance their performance to grandparents wanting to stay active and mobile with their grandchildren.
Too often, people want to start working out but don’t know where to begin. That’s why I’ve created this free program. My goal is to help people get into the gym and learn how to train effectively, making the most of the time they dedicate to working out.
So often our time is limited and when we find the time to workout it is important to make the most of it. Resistance training not only offers a multitude of health benefits including muscle development, which is what this program focuses on. The main goal of this program is to teach you the fundamental skills you need to know to optimise muscle growth.
